Hidden Brook Way

A porch was added to this backyard to complete their outdoor living space.  This included expanding the house roof into a hip porch roof and adding columns and stone piers as the foundation of the porch.  The ceiling of the porch consists of tongue and groove wood.  Pavers were installed on the porch to tie together the walkway around the existing pool.  Stucco and stone finished the exterior of the house, under the porch roof.

As part of this backyard renovation, ICG created the walkway around the pool by pouring concrete slabs.  New sod was added around the walkway to complete the look of the yard.  ICG helped the homeowner build two pergolas: the first was intended to create a semi-shaded seating area and covering for a hot tub; the second was intended for a shaded area off of the back sliding door, where there is a second seating area.
